R5 000 was raised at the Music Evening for school uniforms for each of the five Pikkewyntjies going to Grade 1 next year.
We would like to thank the musicians and the dancer who donated their magical performances, the patrons who made an enthusiastic audience and everyone present who contributed to making the evening such a success.

At last it’s happening thanks, as always, to the school’s friends. The school couldn’t do what it does without you.
Generous, warmhearted people concerned about our children and eager to support Pikkewyntjies in its mission to give them a solid start in life, have donated money for urgently needed space at the school.
- TSOGO SUN VISIT
On Friday, 11 August, 15 volunteers from Tsogo Sun arrived at the school to assist with 3 mammoth tasks. Attaching shade cloth to (1) the playground fence (to keep snakes at bay), (2) North West and South East sides of the vegetable garden for wind protection and (3) fasten into position a net cover above the veggie garden.
